Please note that refunds will be issued immediately upon successful order cancellation. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.

In addition, if the cancellation is not Arcboxs's responsibility, we may charge a small fee to cover PayPal fees incurred during the purchase. This fee will be clearly stated on your invoice and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
