Explanation

Capitalized words have the meanings defined below. The following definitions shall have the same meanings regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to in this Agreement as "Company," "we," "us," or "our") refers to Arcboxs.

Products means the items offered for sale on the Service.

Order means your request to purchase Products from us.

Service means the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days after you receive the goods or after a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes delivery of the delivered products. We will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise. We will use the same payment method used for your order, and you will not be required to pay any refund fees.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The merchandise was purchased within the past 30 days.

The merchandise is in its original packaging.

The following merchandise cannot be returned:

Goods supplied to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods supplied that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have exceeded their expiration date.

Goods that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unopened upon delivery.

Goods that, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Only regular-priced merchandise is eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. Please contact us for the return address.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return process. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and tracked mailing service. We cannot refund without physically receiving the item or providing proof of return receipt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. We will mail the gift certificate to you after we receive the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver.

Customer Support Video Submission Policy

To ensure smooth and efficient resolution of any product-related issues, all customers are required to provide a video demonstrating the issue when submitting a support request. This policy helps us quickly assess the issue and provide the best possible solution.

Video Submission Requirements:

The video must clearly show the issue occurring.

Include the order number.

The video must be uploaded in a common format (MP4, MOV, etc.) or via an online link.

The file should be sent via email or uploaded according to the instructions we provide.

Failure to provide the video may result in a delay in processing your request.
