Shipment and Delivery

Delivery Time

We offer free shipping worldwide. Delivery time is 5-7 business days.

If you require your product to be delivered by a specific date, please email infoarcboxs@gmail.com to confirm details. Arcboxs does not guarantee a specific delivery date or time for any product or order outside of Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times for any shipping method are estimates only.

All products undergo quality assurance testing before shipment. Please allow an additional 2 days for custom graphics printing.

Returns

Arcboxs will only accept returns for products damaged in shipping. If the packaging appears damaged, please refuse delivery. Please note that Arcboxs does not guarantee the quality of all ROM games; we sell emulator consoles and provide the games free of charge.

We ship directly to your door via air courier, and a signature is required upon delivery. If you choose to sign a "signature release" agreement, which allows unattended storage, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Terms

Arcboxes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the provided address. Customers bear full responsibility for any claims against the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Arcboxes is not responsible for misdeliveries or incorrect shipping information from carriers.
